With a Master Meat Crafter degree behind our label, we carry a wide and diverse selection of award winning fresh meat and sausage. Our executive butcher and co-owner, Andy Pearson, graduated from the two year program at UW-Madison in 2014. Topics covered by the program include: general meat processing, curing, cooked & emulsified products, food safety & meat microbiology, and much more!

Because of daily inspections from the state, we are able to offer wholesale options which has lead to our products being carried at many local restuarants & establishments. 

Sausage making is an old time art in which we have three generations of knowledge. We use only the freshest and best quality meats & spices in our products. All of our sausage is home smoked to guarantee you our best product and great taste you won't find anywhere else. Our brats and other fresh sausages are all made fresh in house for great taste.

When stopping in, don’t forget to check out our huge selection of Wisconsin and Import cheeses. We carry cheese from several different dairies, including varieties ranging from 1 - 10 year aged cheddar, to unique specialty cheeses. We also carry a wide variety of locally produced goods such as maple syrup, coffee, and various jams & preservatives.
